Chewy Gluten-Free Granola
This week’s recipe is my super soft and chewy gluten-free granola which is super easy to make and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser! I was inspired by the Quaker Oats Chewy granola bars, which used to be my favorite snack when I was little, so I wanted to make my own homemade version that would be vegan and gluten-free. I love to have this granola on top of smoothies, yogurt, or just on its own! My recipe is gluten-free, vegan, and refined-sugar-free!
Ingredients:
-1/2 cup chocolate chips
-Sprinkle of salt
-2 cups gluten-free oats

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl.
