Green Smoothie Bowl
This green smoothie bowl is my absolute favorite healthy breakfast recipe! It tastes so sweet and it’s super creamy! This quick recipe takes about five minutes to make, so it’s perfect for busy mornings! I think the trick to getting it really creamy is through using frozen bananas! I promise it will take your smoothies to the next level! I used two frozen bananas because I love when smoothies are thick and sweet! I love topping this vegan smoothie bowl off with tons and tons of toppings! Some of my favorite toppings include granola, peanut butter, fruit, and chia seeds or flax seeds, but feel free to get as creative as you want here! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
-1 handful of spinach
-1-2 frozen bananas (depending on how thick and sweet you like it)
-1 tbsp coconut oil
-1 tsp vanilla
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
-1 handful of unsalted cashews
-1 cup almond milk
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until everything is nice and smooth.
2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top it off with all your favorite toppings! I used dates, strawberries, granola, flax seeds, and bee pollen.
3. Enjoy!
