Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
This Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Banana bread is my all time favorite healthy breakfast recipe! It will make any gluten-free foodie extremely happy. It goes so well with a big cup of tea or coffee in the morning, and with all the chocolate, it feels like such a treat! In fact, it could also serve as a tasty paleo dessert. It’s deliciously moist and tastes amazing just out of the oven!

Ingredients:
-3 bananas
-Pinch of salt
-1 tsp baking soda
-1 tsp baking powder
-2 cups gluten free 1 to 1 baking flour
-1 tsp vanilla
-2 eggs
-1/2 tsp of cinnamon
-1/4 cup peanut butter
-1/2 cup coconut sugar
-1/4 cup maple syrup
-1/4 cup almond milk
-1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a food processor combine all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, and blend until smooth.
3. Once everything is nice and smooth, fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula.
4. Grease a tin with some coconut oil, and then pour your batter into the tray.
5. Feel free to top it off with some chunks of your favorite chocolate bar!
6. Place it in the oven to bake for around 30 minutes, until a fork comes out clean.
7. Once it has baked for 30 minutes, take it out of the oven and let it set and cool down for 15 minutes.
8. Slice up and enjoy your gluten-free chocolate chip banana bread!
